The European Commission discontinued its online dispute resolution platform on 20 July 2025, so a reference to it no longer applies.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Under clause 1.1 of our terms and conditions, our offering is addressed exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law.
